I'm sure you've tried multiple approaches and you're still not better. Right. And so what are these ingredients that you actually need from a provider to get better? Not just more information, not just another supplement recommendation, but the actual components required for transformation.

So I'm going to break down the five essential ingredients that I believe you need from any provider to actually recover. And I'll show you why most approaches fail because they're missing at least three of these critical elements. So first, let's talk about the problem with more information. So here's what most people with chronic fatigue and long COVID experience. Okay. You've been to multiple doctors, you've tried countless supplements, you've consumed endless content from experts online, and yet you're still stuck. Why?

Because information alone doesn't create transformation, right? You know, you can know everything about chronic fatigue and long COVID and still not get better. You can understand the science and still be exhausted, right? The truth is that everyone who addresses their root causes get better, right? That just makes sense to everybody, right? But knowledge isn't enough. You need to, you need specific ingredients in place to turn that knowledge into actual recovery, right?

So let's get into these ingredients. I'm going to walk you through each one of these. So the first ingredient is comprehensive root cause treatment. Okay. Is you need a provider who addresses all the potential root causes comprehensively, um, because you cannot have chronic fatigue or long COVID without having all of them. Okay. So let's, let me clarify. So here's the problem with most approaches. Okay. They rely on laboratory testing to determine what to treat, which is something that as humans, we really want. We really want.

information, we want data, we are individuals and I want to know exactly what makes me an individual and what problems I have that need to be remedied. Right? But here's the challenge with these tests. So when you're testing for heavy metals and chemicals and molds, they're tested in urine and these tests are highly imperfect. Okay. You can be loaded with toxins, but your test comes back negative or low.

And that's because the urine test really is a test of excretion. It's telling you how well you excrete these toxins. It doesn't tell you your total body burden. Okay. And then when you're looking at infections, they're tested in blood by serology or PCR. Serology is looking at the immune system's reaction to an infection. PCR is looking at the DNA of a particular infection. These are also highly inaccurate. So you can test negative for Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr virus.

COVID other infections and still have them causing your symptoms. Right? So you end up seeing a provider who ran this test who says, well, your tests came back negative. So you don't have mole toxicity or you don't have lime or whatever. And even though you're still exhausted and symptomatic, right? So what you actually need is a provider who understands this reality and says, you know what? We're going to address all the root causes comprehensively because I know that you have them.

Right. For most people with chronic fatigue and long COVID, that means addressing what I call the toxic five heavy metals, chemicals, molds, infections, and nervous system dysfunction. That is 99 % of all of your potential causes. So when you're addressing all the potential causes of something, you're essentially leaving no stone unturned. Right. Hopefully that makes sense. Right. And it actually costs you less money, takes less time.

and takes less energy in order to do that because you're not spending, I don't know, three to $7,000 on laboratory tests, waiting a month for them to come back. And then if you have an erroneous laboratory test, which is very likely, extremely likely, then guess what? You're not treating that particular cause. And then you may not get all the way better, right? This is why when you treat something, you may get a little bit better, but then you plateau.

And then if you don't have anything else to treat, then what? Then you're kind of stuck, right? In my experience, you cannot have chronic fatigue syndrome along COVID without having all of the toxic five, the heavy metals, the chemicals, the molds, the infections, and the nervous system dysfunction. The question is just which ones are most dominant for you as an individual and at what pace your body can detoxify them. So everybody has all toxic five. The question is which ones, how much of each do you have?

Okay. So they still all need to be addressed, but we're going to know how much of each do you have or which ones are the most important ones by your response to treatment. So as you're ramping up on a particular tincture that is addressing a particular cause and you feel worse taking that, that is telling us that you have that particular cause. Okay. And that's why you feel worse. And then we just have to figure out how we can remove it at a rate that your body can tolerate. Okay. So

Without this comprehensive root cause treatment that addresses all five, you might treat one or two issues based on imperfect tests and still stay stuck because you miss something. So the second ingredient is science backed testimonial proven roadmap. Okay. You want a roadmap that's both science backed and proven through real testimonials from people just like you. Right. And you want to take advice from people who have had what you had and have gotten over it. Right. Here's, here's kind of, here's why this matters. Okay. You don't just. So science back means the treatments are based on research and evidence. That's always what you want to look for and proven means it's actually worked for lots of other people in your exact situation. So you don't want to take the provider's word for it. Okay. You want to look at their testimonials. Have they helped dozens of people recover? You know, do they have video testimonials from real patients who are where you are now and are now at 80, 90, a hundred percent better, right?

You know, you want to work with a provider whose entire business is built on testimonials. You know, they're going to be invested in your success. You know, if you don't get better, that doesn't build their business or build their brand, right? That doesn't show the next person that recovery is possible. So you want to make sure that the provider is kind of like bought in, you know, and that that's how their business is structured. And the roadmap should really include implementation details, you know,

How do you add supplements without making yourself feel worse? How do you ramp up slowly, maybe even one drop at a time with tinctures so that you can control any detox reactions? know, when do you add lifestyle changes? How do you pace the detoxification so that your body can handle it? Right. And so without a science backed testimonial proven roadmap, you're taking a chance on an approach that might not actually work. You want evidence. It works, not just theory. Right. You you start a protocol, you're introducing supplements, you feel worse. or the provider provides some recommendation and it doesn't make sense to you, or you've tried it already and it didn't work. um And the provider doesn't necessarily know what they're talking about. This is where it's really important that you have a specialist who only does, who only addresses the problem that you have. In this case, long COVID or chronic fatigue syndrome. You know, if you want to learn piano, you go to a piano teacher. If you want to fix your car, you go to a mechanic, right? You don't ask your mechanic how to, how to play the piano.

unless they're also an expert in piano, right? Which can definitely happen, right? So the truth is that feeling worse can mean that the protocol is working, right? You're experiencing die-off, you're detoxifying, you know, as you're removing toxins and infections out of your body, your body has responded. You just need the guidance on how to adjust the dose, slow down, maybe decrease your dose a little bit, or you increase.

um, open up your detox pathways, right? You just need the support of somebody who's seen this a thousand times, right? This is normal. This is expected, but you need someone who can coach you through it in real time, not a month from now at your next appointment. Right? So you need a provider who guarantees the answer your questions within a specific timeframe, not eventually, not when they get around to it within two business days is perfect. Right? through some sort of dedicated community where you can post questions, get expert answers that help you pivot, and keep making progress. Where other people can learn from your questions and you can learn from theirs. So without daily accessible support with guaranteed response times, you'll quit when things get hard. You know, want to go through it though, as gracefully as you can. And that's really when you need support the most is when you're feeling your worst. So ingredient number four is regular accountability. So this is scheduled accountability with one-on-one check-ins, right? This is why accountability matters. So when you're tired, it's easy to skip things. It's easy to tell yourself you'll start the nervous system retraining tomorrow.

You have to be willing to reach out when you get stuck. You have to ask questions. If you don't reach out when you've got questions or get stuck, you just won't get better. You know, no provider can help you you don't communicate, you know, we're not at home with you. We don't know what's happening, you know? And so you either, you need to let the providers.

No, the coach no on the calls or hopefully they're texting you every month or so checking in and making sure that you're on track. Hopefully as you're working through a process, they have the ability to see where you are and make sure that you're making progress. And if you're not making progress, that they reach out and they help you. So without that accountability, most people start strong and then fade over time. They lose momentum. They forget why they started.
