Post-Dental Cavitation Surgery (Day 11 Update) with Evan H. Hirsch, MD

00:00

So today is day 11 post-cavitation surgery, and I'd love to tell you how I'm doing. So welcome back to the energy MD podcast, where we help you resolve your long COVID and chronic fatigue syndrome naturally so that you can get back to living your best life. And we do this by addressing the toxic five, a combination of the heavy metals, chemicals, molds, infections, and nervous system dysfunction that is at the root cause of long COVID and chronic fatigue syndrome. So my story, if you've, if you haven't

00:32

checked out the previous videos that I did on this topic. My story is that about 30 years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed and those ended up causing cavitations or fatty necrosis or basically dead tissue in my jaw where basically my jawbone did not when the teeth were removed in the wisdom tooth removal, the jaw did not heal properly and did not heal fully. so consequently there were, was dead tissue.

01:00

that resulted in that particular area that became infectious and then basically just dripped infection and inflammation into my body ever since. And at some point my body kind of gave up trying to fight it and said, Hey, you have to rest and relax. And that's when I got chronic fatigue syndrome. And it's always a combination of things. It's never just one thing. It's never just the cavitations. It's never just the, uh, the heavy metal exposure, the chemicals, the molds, et cetera. So.

01:30

That's, know, I do want to put that in there too. But at this point in the process, you know, I've gotten rid of the majority of the toxic five, and this is one of the things that I have left to address. And so I wanted to make sure that I was being thorough in the process. And I did have a couple of symptoms, including sleep issues that popped up a couple of years ago that I've been having a hard time navigating and want to see whether or not this is going to make a difference. So here I am at 11 days post surgery and I'm feeling quite good.

01:58

Um, my pain medicine use has gone down to one to two times a day. I'm utilizing the tramadol that was provided for me. I still have a little bit of a sore ache in the jaw. I'm using the Stella life product, which I mentioned last time. And I went into all the research on, which I'm still very pleased about. I think it's a, it's a great product that has been very helpful. I think, uh, I just finished off my antibiotics yesterday. Um, and so I will continue on with the spore based probiotics.

02:26

twice a day for the next at least month, but probably two months to make sure that I repopulate my gut. You know, it's been interesting brushing my teeth and trying to edge a little bit more towards the back. have been hesitant about or I have been conscious about trying to clean that particular area. You know, and so I've been swishing a bit more utilizing the Stella life and then also just generally water, filtered water.

02:55

in order to break things up because and then also my tongue is now able to reach back there. I'm not having a lot of sensitivity. I am I am still trying to eat towards the front of my mouth, but if something gets back there, sometimes there's a little sensitivity, but sometimes it's not a big deal. I'm still eating softer foods, but I am expanding my palate and starting to consume foods that are a little bit harder, but I'm not consuming hard foods yet. No carrots or the like.

03:25

I have fallen off a little bit on taking the binder. do want to make sure that I'm getting it in at least every day. I am taking adrenals, mitochondrial support, trisults, DHEA still in the morning, electrolytes with the water. And all that has been good. So I can open my mouth this wide without having some discomfort. I did go singing last night with my singing group. putting on a musical called Spitfire Grill.

03:55

And it was my first time singing with them in about a week and a half. And so that ended up being really fruitful. And I, felt very lucky to, to sing with them and to be with them again. So overall things are going well. am continuing with the foot bath or the detox foot pads and consuming. I'm not doing the bone broth with the pasture raised collagen anymore. Um, but I am still consuming a very sugar-free diet, largely paleo.

04:25

Uh, and very supportive. did have an acupuncture session yesterday, uh, which was great. I basically, you know, brought to the acupuncturist. said, I want you to address the meridians that are located in this area. She said she knew how to do that. It's mainly for the wisdom teeth, it's heart, it's triple heater, it's pericardium. I think that was the majority small intestine. And so she addressed those. went to a community acupuncture studio here in Olympia, Washington.

04:55

with Gianna Brill, I believe her name is, and she's excellent. And I had a very good session and then also asked her to put some points in locally into my jaw, which I found to be very helpful as well. So felt energized after the appointment, which is always a good sign because acupuncture can definitely drain as well. And I'm going to go back every single week for a while. And at this point I could also start some IVs. I could do some red light therapy, but I'm not really feeling the need. I'm feeling pretty good.

05:25

starting to do some more exercise, starting to do some pushups and some sit-ups and some high intensity interval training, which is what I typically do. So starting to feel good about that as well. And I always do prioritize sleep, make sure that I'm getting at least seven hours of sleep at night. So that's the update. If you are interested in getting our support in going through this process,

05:52

We can help you choose a dentist who's going to be supportive. There's certain things that we look for that we support you on. We'll also help you determine whether or not you're living in mold as part of this process, because those are two very important parts of this program. And then of course, we're going to be addressing the toxic five, removing the heavy metals, chemicals, molds, infections, and then working on retraining the nervous system in order to get you to the finish line. So if you are interested in seeing if we're a good fit to work together.

06:20

You can click the link below, watch my latest masterclass. It's 20 minutes when you watch it on 2x speed or 40 minutes when you watch it on 1x speed, where I go into depth on my philosophy of care. If that resonates with you, you can click the button below the video, get on a free call with me to see if we're a good fit to work together. I'll wear on the call. I'll go through a process of seeing whether or not I believe I can help you. About a third of the time I tell people that I can't or we're not a good fit to work together.

06:47

But if I think that I can help you and if we're a good fit to work together, then we can kind of go into what's included in the rest of the program. So go ahead and click that link below, or I'll see you in the next episode. Have an amazing day.
